WHAT IS THE GLOBAL LEADERSHIP PILOT PROGRAM?

The Global Leadership Pilot Program is a selective, cohort-based fellowship for high-achieving high school students designed to develop leadership skills through real-world application.

Through mentor-guided learning, collaborative projects, and service-based initiatives, students gain practical leadership experience that extends beyond the classroom. The program is built to foster initiative, accountability, communication, and problem-solving.

The pilot program is developed in partnership with organizations such as JP Morgan, exposing students to foundational concepts in financial literacy and professional readiness.

As a pilot cohort, this program allows Cherish to refine curriculum and outcomes while providing students with a rigorous, structured leadership experience.

WHAT STUDENTS WILL EXPERIENCE

Students participating in the Global Leadership Pilot Program will experience:

  1. Mentor-guided cohort learning with peer accountability

  2. Leadership skill development focused on initiative, communication, and execution

  3. Exposure to real-world topics such as financial literacy and professional readiness

  4. Collaborative project planning and service-based learning

  5. Completion of a final leadership capstone project

GLOBAL LEADERSHIP PILOT PROGRAM FAQs

  • High-achieving high school students in grades 10–12 who demonstrate motivation, responsibility, and interest in leadership and service.

  • The program is cohort-based and mentor-guided. Students collaborate with peers, complete leadership activities, and present a final capstone project.

  • Schools and educators may partner with Cherish by sharing the opportunity with students or contacting the program team for additional information.
